From start to finish the service was excellent even some unforeseen problems with the exsiting very old pipework were dealt with effectively and efficiently. I then recontacted Chris after a short time to fit me new radiators, as I was very pleased with the work that had been carried out previously. Once again as expected this resulted in the same high standard of work, care and professionalism that had been recieved previously. Chris has been excellent in keeping in touch with me as this was work for a tenanted property so it was all done over phone and e-mail. He went to the property and checked what was required for a leak that was coming from the bath. He suggested all new sealant , with wet wall boards and a shower screen to be fitted. He arranged for Crawford the joiner to come along and do this job. He done a fantastic job and I was more than happy with the price. I would definitely use them again for any Plumbing/Joinery work. Five stars!

Combi or Regular - what's the difference?
A combi boiler heats water on demand, providing instant hot water and heating without the need for a storage tank, making it ideal for smaller spaces. In contrast, a regular boiler uses a tank to store hot water.
What do I need to do before installation?
Before installation, ensure clear access to the boiler area and that all necessary permissions are in place if needed. Our team will handle the rest, guiding you through each step for a smooth installation process.
Will I need to stay at home all day?
No, you won’t need to stay home all day. Most boiler installations take a few hours, and we’ll provide an estimated timeline so you can plan your day around it. We’ll let you know when we’re close to finishing up!
Will I still have heating and hot water?
During boiler servicing or installation, you may temporarily lose heat and hot water, but we aim to minimise disruption and restore it as quickly as possible. For most repairs, heating and hot water are usually available shortly after completion.
What about gas, electricity and cold water?
For most boiler work, your gas supply may be briefly turned off, but electricity and cold water will generally remain available. Our team will let you know if any additional shut-offs are needed, and we work efficiently to minimise any impact.
Will you remove my old boiler?
Yes, we handle the removal of your old boiler as part of our installation service. Our team will safely disconnect and dispose of it, leaving your space clean and ready for your new system.
