Visits cover heating and plumbing maintenance and minor repairs — up to 1 hour labour per visit, during working hours (Mon–Fri 8am–5pm, Sat 9am–12:30pm) only; out-of-hours attendance may incur additional charges. Parts, materials, emergency callouts, and appliance replacements are excluded. The plan does not cover faults caused by scale, sludge, freezing, flooding, misuse, neglect, manufacturer defects, or third-party workmanship. Response times are targets, subject to engineer availability. Commercial properties, HMOs and holiday lets excluded unless agreed in writing. CAHSGAS reserves the right to amend pricing and terms with 30 days' written notice.
